One of the healthier yet yummy salads that can be incorporated into your everyday meal. Give me this salad over the American salads anytime:)
2 small tomatoes
1 medium beet boiled and peeled
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp lime/lemon juice
1. Dice the tomatoes and beet into small pieces.
2. Add the lime juice and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve as a side dish along with a full course meal.
